OnPoint can help you comply with the requirements of Ontario Regulation 278/05 to manage asbestos that may be present at your facility.   The regulation requires owners prepare and maintain a record of the location and condition of asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) and update the record at least once in each 12-month period.
